We integrate with all major EHR software platforms. There are two ways that we typically see our services utilized.
Some common systems we see are AdvancedMD, athenahealth, CareTracker, PracticeFusion, Epic, NextGen and WebPT.
We require a minimum of one-year with Nadora Healthcare RCM. It is an extremely time intensive business and we are here to succeed. We do offer a 90-day written exit clause with all of our agreements should you decide to utilize another billing service.
We bill electronically within 24-hours of the claim being ready for submission. The procedure or encounter must be complete and the notes & supporting documentation must be complete. Once those items are completed, we bill it within the same-day.
We share the same data we look at, with you. You’ll see what claims we’re working, where they are in the system or out to the carrier, and which ones have been paid. We have the best and most clear reporting system available on the market.
In 2022, our average delay between claim submission and reimbursement was 12 days. That’s the best we’ve seen in the industry.
We offer pre-authorization & verification of benefits. We require a written copy of the proper authorization; including all procedure codes. We provide this service because it greatly increases reimbursement the first time. We have developed a process to swat down pseudo-denials and ensure timely reimbursement.
We’ll train you on what we need to do our job well. We need great data in your EHR, copies of insurance cards, timely clinical documentation and moving cases to a ready-to-be-billed status once the encounter is complete.

Yes! Our system charges 2.9%, but if you have a better contract with your credit card processor, we will run it through your gateway.
No! This is the easiest low-hanging fruit for us to help you on. Every virtual credit card that you are reimbursed with has the option to request a check or direct deposit. We contact these processors and require a check or direct deposit reimbursement be made. 2.9% adds up over the course of a year and you deserve every penny you can get. We don’t let gateways take what they are not owed!
At the end of each month, we’ll send you an invoice for charges collected. On the first Monday of each money, Nadora Healthcare RCM will initiate an automated payment from your operating account for $199.99 + your contracted % of collected charges. Simple, easy & transparent!
