Johnstown, CO

Located just 45 minutes north of Denver, our first location was built in 2013 and is a 15,000-square-foot building that features three operating rooms, spacious pre-operative rooms, pain management & PACU recovery areas. Our centers also feature private recovery suites with two large, comfortable waiting rooms & our location in Colorado overlooks the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Patients who are admitted into our overnight facility are in the care of 24-hour nurse supervision and receive up to three catered meals per day.

Lobby

Our beautiful lobby offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with views of the Rocky Mountains. Inside, enjoy our breathtaking artwork by local photographer Vic Schendel. While waiting for their loved one, visitors may help themselves to our coffee bar, DirecTV entertainment package, a kitchen to make food and our HDTV’s. Our center is located adjacent to the 2534 retail shopping complex along with luxury shopping & restaurants at the nearby Promenade Shops at Centerra.

PreOp

This area, located in close proximity to the nurse’s station, features four spacious bays complete with DirecTV and frosted glass doors for your privacy. Our staff wants to ensure patients feel comfortable before surgery. There is plenty of space for family members to provide a pleasant atmosphere.

Pain Management

This area, also located near the nurse’s station, features four spacious bays with recliner chairs and calm music, as well as room for a loved one or guest. Our pain management bays are for our patients who are receiving an injection or spine stimulator and plan on heading home the same day.

Recovery

After a patients’ surgery, they are brought to one of two PACU bays. Patients are monitored by a nurse until they are alert, able to respond to commands, and their vital signs indicate they are able to be moved to Phase II recovery if they are being discharged; or they are then transferred to our Extended Recovery Care Center for overnight stay.

Overnight (ERCC)

If the patient is staying overnight, they will be brought to one of our six private and spacious overnight rooms that offer DirecTV, a private bathroom, and catered food service for the patient, up to three times per day. Our ERCC license allows us to admit patients for up to 72 hours, if medically necessary. Additional seating is provided for family members, who are welcome to join the patient in their room for the duration of their stay. A separate entrance is offered for late-night hours and is locked from the outside so only friends & family may enter.
